Inventory FAQ
What decor is allowed for events?
You are welcome to use our existing decorations or bring your own. We strictly prohibit the use of glitter, confetti, or tape on the walls to maintain the venue's elegance.
Who is responsible for setup and teardown?
Rental periods include your setup and teardown time. All items brought in must be removed, and the space should be returned to its original state by the end of your booking.
What happens in the event of damage or loss?
Renters are responsible for any damage to the venue or inventory. Costs for professional cleaning or replacement of damaged items (like broken chairs or stained linens) will be charged to the client.
What inventory is included versus extra?
All tables, chairs, and white linens are included in the rental price. Premium add-ons like character plates, full dishware sets, and specific themed decor are available for an additional fee.
Are there rules for using the kids’ play area?
The kids' area is designed for safe play. We ask that the picket fence remains in its designated space and that the padded baby room is kept clean and free of food or beverages at all times.
